How to update FX currencies

Log into MX Admin

Then select Manage Currencies from the left navigation

Select Client

Click on ‘Edit’ for a specific currency.

Go to XE.com to get that day’s exchange rates. Example below

Then fill in the ‘Travelex Rate’ and adjust ‘Markup rate’ if necessary (That is usually set at beginning of program and stays the same). Then click on Save.

Repeat for all currencies.

Typically this will need to be done every week.
