User Detail - Program Specific (if Applies)
Program Specific
There are 4 sections under Program Specific: General, Company, Transactions and Transfer Points. The contents may different base on program specific requirements.
A, General - It allows you to send the Activation Email.
"General " Page for KYI
"Sales Claiming" - KYI
1. Admin is able to view Current Sales Claiming table under Edit User -> Program Specific -> Sales Claiming.
2. Admin is able to find search criteria and Search button above the Current Transaction table:
- End Customer Name (input box)
3. Admin should be find Filter by dropdown list, with "Unclaimed" and "Claimed".
4. The current sales claiming table includes below:
- Incentive Name
- Sales ID (link, by clicking on system must navigate to Sales details page)
- Sales Date
- Total Value
- End Customer Name
- Action - Claim or Unclaim button
2. When admin choose an Caimed sales ID and click on the hyperlink, system must navigate to the Sales detail page.
- The Sales detail page must include below:
- Claimed Sales for User xxx (title)
- Claim Details box which having:
- Claimed by 50% Sale/ Claimed by 50% Sale Date (Sale User from Individual level)
- Claimed by 50% Technical/ Claimed by 50% Technical Date (Technical User from Individual level)
- Claimed by 100%/ Claimed by 100% Date (Sale & Technical User from Individual level)
- Claimed by / Claimed by Date (User from Firm level)
- End Customer Name
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Part Number
- Serial Number
- Quantity
- Revenue
- Total Revenue (below the table)
- Point (Total points) (below the table)
- Reward (Total Reward) (below the table)
4. There must be Unclaim buttons.
5. If the user is not PRC or nominated user from Firm level company, there must be NO Unclaim button.
B, Company - It allows you to add new company, assign user to other company and remove company.
KYI Specific View:
C, Transactions - Searching function has been provided by Transaction date and Transaction Status. It also allows you to add new transaction or remove transaction.
Add New Transaction - please make sure to fill in all mandatory fields.

D, Transfer Points - Any points transfer for this user should be happened here.
