Search Program User

Navigate to "Users/Manage User"

Fill out one or more Search Criteria, you can put in the user ID, name, email address etc, but most reliable would be user ID and Email address. Click on "Search"

If you see the result when scrolling down, click on the user ID, it is a hyperlink and show more details about the user. If there is no result found, that means the user does not exist yet. 

Upon clicking on the highlighted user ID, you will come to the user details page, this page provides more information about the user such as their roles, contact information. You may “Switch To User” from there too.
